I learned the basics for most of these professions in the wild west days of GW2 PVE, and from there learning the max DEEPS rotation was just learning to run with the tools I already walk with. If this was endgame PvE (which is what fb and scourge in s tier suggest), for example renegade, berserker or dragon hunter would have to be much higher in the ranking. If it was large scale wvw, scrapper and herald would need to be much higher. Same for small-scale wvw. Wvw roaming: thief and ranger need to be in s tier.
